About

At Doctr, we understand that making an appointment in Quebec without a health insurance card (RAMQ) can be stressful and expensive. This platform is dedicated to international students, working holidays visa holders, permanent residents in waiting periods and other people without RAMQ card.

The cost of a consultation is displayed under each clinic. Some clinics will ask for a higher price for your first appointment so that the physician can take the time to know you.

You have to pay a deposit to book the appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill. You can also get a full refund if you cancel your appointment 24 hours prior.

You can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours before your appointment. You will find a cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email.

After your consultation, you will receive a medical bill that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

If your RAMQ card is active then you can’t use this service. You can have a look at our Care Coordinator program in the mobile app.

Send us a message from the contact us page.
