Meet your new Care Coordinator

The healthcare system is free but accessing services can be confusing or time consuming, making us feel like we don’t get the best out of it. Your care coordinator becomes your single point of contact for your healthcare needs. Tell him what you need, and he’ll take care of the rest for you. You won’t have to search and make calls.

Appointment with a Family Physician

Send a message to your care coordinator and he will book a spot for you in a walk-in clinic or a private clinic for the next day (or sometimes on the same day).

This service is only available in the Great Montreal Area. You can request access to this service by clicking on the link below. In order to offer the best service possible, spots are limited. You will get an invitation when we accept new subscription.

We’ll fulfill all requests as long as they are under your name.

We’ll call clinics within 24 business hours after receiving your request. You will receive an appointment offer within 24 to 48 hours. If we need more time to call additional clinics, we will give you a new estimated date.

Wait times depend on your schedule and the doctors’ schedule. If you need an appointment as soon as possible, your care coordinator will call multiple clinics and ask to be contacted in case a last minute spot opens.

We cover all specialists as long as you have a reference. However, a few specialists only work in hospitals and sometimes the only available option is to send a fax to request an appointment. Your care coordinator will send the fax but won’t be able to tell you when you will get an appointment.

We pick doctors and clinics based on:
1. Your location
2. Your schedule
3. Users reviews on the Doctr app

We will do it but it is often not possible to respect your schedule unless you want to go to a private clinic. You will have to be flexible.

We only cover doctor’s appointment for the moment. We plan to integrate Radiology and blood samples at the end of the pilot.
