Dr Brett Schifke is a Dr who doesn’t listen to his patients. You have to repeat your self multiple times. He has a condescending bravado and knows it all attitude.

He’s tunneled mine one track thinking can cause his patients more suffering than they need to. Just for the need to be right. What an ego!. I feel sorry for his patients. Specially women :( as per other reviews. Seek better help. I sure will refuse to seek help from this DR ever again.

Dr Schifke is an excellent doctor.

Myself and all 4 of my children have him as our family Doctor for years now. I've found him to be compassionate, friendly, thorough and direct. I love that he will tell me if he is unsure of something instead of being dismissive. Dr Schifke will either refer you to a specialist or actively take the time to research the specific topic. Most times however, he is quite knowledgeable! Also, I'm quite sensitive with female appointments. I've finally found a Doctor that I'm comfortable with and that can take the extra time needed to make sure I'm comfortable with my appointments. Actually, when I first seen him, I had a female issue with hormones going on. He was the first Dr to even acknowledge what I was talking about without dismissing me. Unlike most Drs ive met. Bonus, he has a great sense of humor and personality as well. :)

Dr. Shifke is the worst. He has been my gp for almost 2 years. He shows little to no interest in helping me with my issues, often tells me that it isn’t his area of expertise but also doesn’t do a good job at referring me to specialists. I have tried twice to get him to drop me as a patient so I can find a new gp but the office won’t let me leave as a patient unless I have a new gp, but I can’t get a new gp while I already have one. Do NOT see him, especially if you are a women.

Worst doctor I’ve ever seen. Told me I was lying about my emerg visit and that I should have seen a plastic surgeon. I asked him to refer me and he said he would in three weeks if my arm didn’t heal.

Dr Schifke is THE WORST doctor I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. If I could rate him at a zero star I would. He has been my family physician for 4 years and until today, I have only had to see if for prescription refills, as I am a person who is generally healthy and don’t have a lot to complain about. Today’s visit I really needed support and empathy as I am experiencing a serious mental health injury, so I booked an extra long appointment to discuss… during our discussion he showed a complete inability to understand my challenges, was rude, disrespectful and focussed the conversation on everything but my emotional well-being… what a JOKE
