She’s always making us wait at least an hour even though these are all scheduled appointments. When we do finally get called in, she walks in like she just wants to get this appointment over with - does not explain things well, does not care to really listen to any of our questions or concerns and always rushing out. I would not recommend her at all.

I am writing a 5 star review just to hope that this message will be seen by everyone but mainly to DR Carli Mayo and her receptionist

As of February 13 we would’ve had appointment at 9:30 but due to snow day we got call that appointment is being canceled and re scheduled for mid March

The back story of our situation is that I was away country( Europe 1500$ cost of the ticket)and flew back to Canada just for this appointment and my outgoing flight is March 3 please have compassion and let me come see the doctor .

I can not say enough about Dr Mayo. Kind, compassionate, and listened to my concerns. She has given me my quality of life back and I will forever be grateful! Amazing surgeon.

Dr. Mayo is a fantastic doctor and I would recommend her to all of my friends. She was caring and kind and listened to my concerns. I am happy that I was referred to her. She was awesome.
