This is an extremely busy, over-taxed hospital. I avoid it whenever possible. I went with an eye emergency, sat there from 8 am to 3 pm, only to be told they “couldn’t find an eye doctor,” then they sent me to Burnaby Heights, with no car, to wait another two hours in a specialist’s office. Never again. I’d rather go into Vancouver to VGH.
