Been with her for 3-2 years now, at first she seemed like she truly cared, doing lots of testing to rule anything out. Now it just seems like she doesn’t care. You wait hours to get in for an appointment, her front desk people are rude and unprofessional, one of them seems annoyed you’d even ask her questions. Dr.Gumed seems like she’s trying to get you out asap, not explaining what she’s doing or why she’s doing it. She just kinda tells you to go get this test done or fill this prescription. She’s gone half of the time so it’s very hard to get in. And she’s relocated 2-3 times since I’ve been with her, doesn’t send out calls or emails to let you know. 

My first appointment with safana gumed she spent the first 10 mins complaining about her disorganised gossipy front staff, her chain smoking alcoholic of a colleague, her annoying patients who ask too much of her. She said that she wished she never went in to medicine which became more apparent after subsequent visits as she will do everything in her power to not go near patients. No weight or blood pressure, doesnt check ears nose and throat, she even made me do the bv swab myself. She never gave me the results of my lab tests only offered me prescriptions and exploratory surgery. She often forgets which patient she is talking to, gives unsolicited advice about other matters, she misspells simple medical terminology and when confronted on anything she threatens with psychiatric ambulance. She in no way seems qualified to treat or advise anything. Its scary that shes allowed to behave in such a way. How can a dr expect to cure anything if they hate everything and everyone around them, dont actually interract with patients and doesnt know most of the words she needs to use. They are called vitals for a reason. Also she discusses private information infront of other people, i heard about a pap result of yeast infection for a young woman i didnt know. The drug rep has been there every time ive had an appointment which is odd because my appointments have always been random days and times. She never told me the actual results of my tests. I had brown urine and all she said was my kidneys were functioning fine which was a lie. For so many many reasons i wouldnt trust her to make me coffee let alone give health advice.
