I made an appointment for my children with the reason for the appointment clear. I wanted a requisition for bloodwork. The type of requisition was stated when booking the appointment she refused to give this requisition and said that she would have no idea how to interpret the data. This was blood work that would’ve been paid for by me she still made her $80 for the online phone call when she should’ve followed through with the appointment in the first place, knowing that she wasn’t going to give me that requisition. As a single mother of three she wasted my time. She made $80 at my expense because time is money. I could’ve been working and earning money during that time that I was wasting talking to her.
