not a very good doctor, has a very “i’m better than you” vibe with patients, and also wants to continue taking on new patients but she can’t even see her current ones until September and onwards my appointment would have been booked for the 9th???? i called the 17th i won’t have my medications because of this. thanks

Dr Grottoli definitely seeks to remedy whatever is occurring with my health. She does that with expertise and professionalism.

Carla - stop pushing pills to patients that DO NOT NEED THEM.  You will be hearing from me shortly. 

Dr. Grottoli was my father’s general practitioner and my family and I, whom supported dad through his illness, found her to be wholly lacking in caring for him. We did not get any support in navigating his end of life. Perfect example of the lack of compassion and incompetence is today’s phone call to remind us of dad’s appt. He died May 5. 

Dr Grottoli is always very attentive and responsive during my appointments. She's well mannered and professional. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and respectful! I appreciate having access to a doctor. I am well taken care of, thank you! 

I have mental illness that keeps me from working. I was gaslit and told I should get a job. 

gas lit me for the entire appointment telling me i need to quit smoking weed as it’s masking my anxiety and ADHD… as if i haven’t been trying to get treated since i was 14 and it’s been the exact same with and without smoking, she’s a very clueless doctor who shouldn’t be practicing, i recommend anyone and everyone who has issues with Dr Carla Gratoli to make formal complaints against her so we can get license revoked.

Worst doctor I've ever met. Having no doctor is better than being on her roster. Incompetent and doesn't seem to care about patients. Constantly talks down to you and dismisses legitimate concerns. I would give her no stars if it was possible.

She is condescending, talks over you and certainly has no time for us older people.

Extremely dismissive. Doesn’t even sit down, will stay in the room for no more than 2 minutes rushing you to speak and limits you to one concern per visit. Has missed major concerns. Pretty unfortunate when you have a primary care provider but you still have to access walk in clinics to get basic care, to have concerns addressed, or receive referrals. 

Always professional. 

She is extremely rude and arrogant, and the office doesn't answer the phone nor have an answering machine.  

Doesn't want to listen, very rude.   Wanted to charge someone $1200 to fill out 2 pages of a form.
