Dr. Kwan is by far the best doctor I've ever had. The negative reviews on here are likely from people who are difficult patients ( and as a fellow healthcare worker, we all know these patients lol)

Dr. Kwan is so thorough and caring. She helped me through my illness and was able to fix my problems efficiently. She even followed up personally to make sure I got all the tests. I am so happy that my family's health is well taken care of.

I am so glad I found this doctor. She took my symptoms seriously and was really thorough in asking me questions about what was going on and getting the testing I needed done. Thankfully I can say my health is great but I am really glad that my concerns got looked at. I felt really reassured and she calmed my anxiety through the process a lot as well. Thank you Dr. Kwan!

Will rarely help you. Always sends me to someone else (specialists) for things that can easily be done in her office. No bedside manner. Rude. No compassion.

The worst doctor I’ve ever had.

She diesn’t discuss important findings on lab reports make sure you get a copy or your health could be at risk. Staff is unorginized.
