Dr. Laakso is caring. The clinic can be better run. I find that she is timely amd helpful. She can be callous so I wonder if that is something she can improve on. Overall glad we have her. Something is better than nothing!!!

She was in a hurry and did not listen to my concerns. Her admin staff is also rude. I just felt like I was bothering her

I am so grateful for Dr Laakso- has always been so kind, thoughtful and compassionate. Takes extra time to address every concern and does a thorough work up, but always willing to refer and consult. I absolutely love her. 

Very bad doctor with zero compassion and bedside manners

ok so so i saw dr. lakshaw in 2023 with pelvic pain and she said it was nothing. turns out it was endometriosis!!! a very panful and disabling condition. had it not been for her blowing me off i'd be on appropriate treatment by now. im left with daily pain and ptsd

Very unfortunate that we have a shortage of doctors, so I'm stuck with her

This "Dr" is not good at all. She has misdiagnosed me and my family many times. When my mum was in hospital, she never visited even ONCE. Nothing but a paycheck to her

Dr Laakso allows me to explain everything and listens and makes me feel comfortable.  At my last appointment, I talked to her for over an hour and when I was done, the office has been closed for a half hour.

This “ Doctor” is a joke claims to be worried that the meds she prescribed may cause heart issues for me and will need to do a ECG one month after I start them to ensure that no damage is done by taking them. She cancels the appointment ups the dose and over a year later still no follow up even though it has been requested multiple times. Fear not she also removed my entire family as patients even though we have been using that location for about 30 years with doctor Reinders who was amazing 

I think in these changed times drs should give patients there email addresses so they can talk to them instead of by phone
