I’ll start with her mannerism. After 6 hours the first thing she woke me up and said was I’m not able to do anything for you today. I told her that i hope she can reconsider because im having pain and fluid feeling on the left side of my head since i was recently assaulted in my head and having post concussion symptoms. My head still feels swell after two months and I’m having trouble sleeping or waking up. My family doctor was concerned that she couldn’t help me right away because requests sometimes takes time. She wanted me to get checked right away. So i told dr Jacqueline montoderi  this and made her conclusion before talking or doing any examination. Kept refusing to look at it. When she finally did, she was not gentle at all and still only brushed upon it for 5 seconds. I expressed my disappointment and started to cry cause there was urgency to get this examined. She told me to take a Advil and said i was being rude and nothing she can do and go to a family doctor. So ridiculous. 

I could write an essay about how rude illogical and disrespectful this woman is, she really smells common hygiene would be major issue, going on to her mannerism should be 0 had made her conclusion before talking or doing any examination, once she did she recommended basic antibiotic that I received for same issue for last 11 years. Doctors in Canada are so pathetic and so bad omg like why have such a shit medical system subsidized by taxes make it private that way people will go to someone who is good at their job not like a really horrible doctor like this person. She walked away after doing testing and was taking other patients in the middle I wonder how she remembered to give me the prescription after 30 mins then was like don’t come to ER this is not an ER issue while I was passing out in pain and had to take a cab to there because I could not drive, she is like go to family doctor, I stated why I came there she could careless defined making complain about her to public health and ensuring that she is given proper training before serving other patients. And I ask anyone else to report her to public health ontario let’s fix our medical system and let’s get rid of bad apples like her.

Dr. Montoedi was very helpful, and caring. Gave great info for us, answered all of our questions. Excellent service

Worst bedside manner ever. Constantly interrupts you when you try to explain your issues. Walks away while you are talking leaving you clueless of what is next
