The doctor has never come on time. You have to wait longer than usual for the receptionists to answer you call. The worst thing is that the receptionists are very very very rude and careless. They even don't care you whether you are human or animal.

Dr. Vida Abbasiranjbar has been my doctor for almost 2 years now.  She's very knowledgeable and empathetic.  She listens to my concerns and offers straightforward advice.  She has always been punctual and pleasant to deal with and I am glad that she is my doctor.

Dr. Vida is very kind as she has patiently listened to all of my health concerns and advised professionally. Her office is very neat and she has been on time. Her staff are friendly and courteous. I recommend Dr. Vida to anyone looking for an in-depth medical assistance. I was cautious at first when I visited Dr. Vida’s office. Somehow, I cannot understand those who left bad reviews here and think there should have been due to misunderstandings or technical issues.

Dr. Vida is horrible and so are the receptionists.  They are rude.  If you are not sick, you will be sick by the time you leave the clinic.

Currently dealing with a lot of stress and with the help of the Red Cross they got me a call with a doctor for medical cannabis - I was not on the phone with her for more than a min and had just told her that my brother died and she hung up on me. When I called the clinic back they said the doctor referred me to someone else who can't speak with me for two weeks! She didn't even explain why she was doing this, just said I am going to speak with the front desk and hung up. What kind of doctor hungs up on someone who is crying on the phone for help. Someone who is having a very hard time right now. I can't believe she is a family doctor let alone a doctor. Doctors are supposed to help you, even if they can't in the moment they can at least explain what is happening, not hang up and make you go more insane. Would never recommend a human like this, let alone a doctor !
