She is a quack job. Thank GOD I went to a second doctor

When I first joined the clinic, Dr. Sulaiman-Moy was helpful, but the entire practice has become unresponsive and unprofessional. The doctor went on maternity leave, and then never seemed to return, I was always dealing with a temporary replacement who was unhelpful. I have now been trying to refill a prescription for 3 weeks, and they don't answer the phone, don't respond to the direct requests from the pharmacy, and I just found out the doctor isn't practicing any more and I'm being transferred to one of two new doctors who's names I wasn't given. 

Dr. Dina Sulaiman-Moy is good, but her stuff is crazy unprofessional. They would never call you back, even though their voice mail asks to leave a message and wait for call back. I couldn't get my health history for a long time because her assistant didn't know the price for it and constantly ignored my calls. It is very unfortunate that in Canada you get service as if you are in Burgundi/Jamaika/Venesuela or India. I really wish she replaces her assistants and start working as they are supposed to.

She's a wonderful doctor. She listened to my problems. Did not rush me. She's very dedicated to solving all my medical needs. She is very respectful and warm. I've followed her from one clinic to the next and will continue to do so. Highly recommended..

Dr. Sulaiman-Moy is passionate about her work. She is so knowledgeable, approachable and empathetic, goes above and beyond for her patients. I felt very comfortable and reassured, an exceptional experience!

really terrible dr, if 0 stars would be an option she'd have only .5 stars across all platforms. Honestly its a sketchy business, its all about money and all employees are terrible. Something is up with this business. Terrible dr office

No one ever answers the phone. No emails. Very poor customer service. Definitely not going back there, do not recommend.

Very disorganized. Rude, left patients waiting for more than half an hour with no word from the doctor or the receptionist. Does not return phone calls. Hardly answers phone.

I am consistently left waiting for over 45 minutes for the appointments that are booked months in advance. And when i get into a consultation it feels rushed. Poor service

worst doctor ever! doesn't care at all

Worst experience ever! They cancelled my first appointment. Dr, Dina Sulaiman's receptionist was a total jerk and he did not give me any option to choose from. He said that if that date did not work for me I could find another doctor. What kind of service is that?
