Dr. Ferguson was shockingly unempathic for her line of work. I was referred to her for complications due to an ovarian cyst (pain, heavy bleeding, depression) which she dismissed, even though I had waited months for our diagnostic appointment. She misled me into believing that a procedure to take samples from my uterus was going to be "mildly uncomfortable" when she jabbed and poked around so forcefully that I bled afterwards for 2 days, and experienced crippling cramping. I was warned about none of these things. I hope she can learn to be more supportive of her patients, and ensure they aren't traumatized by diagnostic procedures by preparing them adequately beforehand, and equipping them with after care information.

After waiting 6 months for an appointment, the 15 minutes she may have given me over my extreme perimenopause difficulties was quickly brushed off with ‘it will get better after menopause’ I was shocked at her ignorance and dismissive behaviour over some debilitating issues. Told to book a follow-up in 6 months, the phone was never picked up when I called and called for weeks. I begged in my messages for someone to please return my call.  No one ever did.  2 years later I finally got the help I needed from a new OBGYN.  Dr. Ferguson didn’t even attempt to understand my health situation. She had zero interest in being a health care professional to me that day.

She is absolutely amazing. Took the time to spend with me and discuss all the questions and concerns that i have. Her nurse is wonderful as well, front admin needs some work though! Would recommend 100%

my apt was cancelled due to covid, totally understandable. However when Ive left MULTIPLE messages over a period of 3 weeks asking if they are rescheduling yet and if my dr needs to re refer me or what the process is. NO CALLS BACK. Ive since called and asked for a new referral because im tired of waiting to address my health
