I requested my 2 medications for high blood pressure be renewed over a week ago. To date nothing. It took a week for my husband to have one of his prescriptions renewed.Very disappointed with the quality of heath care.
Dr De Luna prescribed an alternative high blood pressure medication for my husband back in February. It was a presciption for someone half his size and was ineffective. One trip to a walk in clinic and now three phonecalls later ( today is April 27) and Dr De Luna has yet to call back or prescribe anything to our pharmacy. Her college will be getting a written complaint today. She's a joke.
