In all my life I’ve never had any hatred to any health care workers but this one is something else… unfortunately my doctor retired before COVID, a doctor that’s been treating my family for generations and we decided to at least give Khoromi a try. At first she was great made some referrals for me and my family. However, after this we had no follow ups, her staff is very confused, and most of the time she wanted us to come during her clinic hours from 9 AM- 12 PM on Saturday. I looked for other doctors to treat myself and my son. My parents complete found a new doctor because they were tired of trying to get Khoromi’s attention. Her secretary calls me one day and asks if I would like to come in. I said sure since I wasn’t sure if my son was up to date with his shots. BIGGEST MISTAKE!! Yesterday afternoon after waking up at 8 AM on a Saturday to get down there, we waited for her till the very end to tell us that she would not treat my son any more bc I wanted to transfer both me and my sons records to another doctor. The same child that’s she’s treated since he came out and the records that she still holds. I don’t know how she’s still being able to work with the public when she has zero empathy or care for her patients. So much to deny a three year old baby bc it would confuse her to much. If that doesn’t tell you the type of doctor she is I don’t know what does. 

There’s a reason she has terrible reviews, all are true! The good ratings are from her office, family or friends. Incorrect diagnosis are a regular occurrence, incorrect prescriptions, condescending, egotistical. Speaks down to patients.  A lot of school doesn’t equal being smart or a good person. Her immaturity in age shows in her skills. There are so many better doctors out there, please don’t feel stuck,  it takes time but they’re out there.  If you have a cold or pink eye go to Ms Khoromi….better yet, you can now see a pharmacist, you’ll be better off. I don’t know what’s worse her or her office staff!!! Care for your physical and mental health and stay away. 

Worst Doctor I've had to date, I switched as soon as I could... never answers the phone, has the absolute worse hours and is rude to patients. Put me on medication while pregnant that I didn't need. Since this office never answers the phone, I went to go see another doctor because I was pregnant and needed to be seen, she basically said I cant do that and was very rude to me threating to drop me. Needless to say I transferred myself to another Doctor and couldn't be happier. Very entitled and lacks any respect for her patients, I've heard this from many people shes treated. 

Terrible! office never answers calls left several voice messages since October until now trying to get an appointment. Booked an over the phone appointment awhile back and never got a call. 

Always rushing, lack of care of younger patients, hard to get appts

Has missed a few appointments and took over two weeks to refill a prescription even after my pharmacist sent a refill fax twice.

Totally missed the appointment agreed time... everything always goes to voicemail... never follows up on next steps.  

I was sorry when my doctor of 25 years retired. I was nervous about establishing a relationship with a new doctor but from my very first conversation and since I have found Dr Khoromi to be very easy to talk to, so understanding, compassionate and kind. I could tell she really cares and I feel very fortunate to have her as part of my health team.

Dr. Khoromi is very friendly, knowlegable and thorough. I have had a number of family doctors and none have ever taken the time she takes to discuss issues with me. I feel like I am finally in great hands! If you are looking for a new family doctor in the Dufferin and St. Clair area, she is a gem!
