Not sure about the negative reviews, he may speak fast for me my ADHD can't keep up sometimes but he's quick and happy to reiterate anything I missed. He's very knowledgeable and answers any questions I have. Incredibly professional, punctual, and follows up immediately with any health concerns I have had.
