Fabulous Doctor!!! 

Dr. Tassone, I’m not sure if you read these reviews but I simply wanted to say thank you for helping me.  Please do not get upset or discouraged by certain reviews.  When one is ill they get cranky, demanding and upset.  They should not take it out on the doctor.  This is why doctored quit practicing.  Keep up your great work.  Hopefully you will accept me as your  patient. 

Rushed impolite

I went to see Dr Tassone specifically because a friend of mine recommended her to me. Thank God I was lucky that she was scheduled when I got there. She is very thorough and took the time to figure out my issue. You can really see how much she enjoys her job.

On the two occasions I had Dr. R Tassone as my walk in doctor at MCI Medical Clinic Woodbridge, both in 2023 (most recently in November) I left feeling undermined, belittled and uncared for. Dr. Tassone was passive aggressive and was simply rude at points during the 5 minutes she took to see me each time. On the last visit, she simply stood up when I still had more to talk about, opened the door and on her way out under her breath said “you’re wining now”. Given my state of health I was feeling vulnerable and this just isn’t how you treat someone trying to speak articulately about their health issues.  I was in shock and reluctantly spoke to reception and eventually the manager about this. Note, I have had good experiences with my family doctor and the two other walk in doctors I’ve seen over the last 10 years at MCI,  so don’t blame the clinic for this rude treatment. I shudder at the thought of how she treats others who may not be willing to speak up when treated poorly. Kindness and patience goes a long way. 

One of the top five family doctors in the Woodbridge area.  My family members and I have seen Doctor Tassone several times in clinic.  She takes the time to explain and makes me understand the issue presented.  This doctor does not rush like most doctors do.  I wish she was available 7 days a week.  Please accept me as your patient!!! 

She just gave the run around and would not give me a Referal even when she knew I was frustrated with waiting and needed the help

Dr. Tassone is the most professional doctor I have ever seen. She does not prescribe meds unless she is sure of the problem. Thank you for helping me. 

My oen family doctor did not help and undermined my issue. She consulted over the phone and was so professional and empathetic. Understood my issue and helped me as i needed. She didnt pity me, she wss a true doctor. I sadly she only does walk-ins/on call so i make sure i know her schedule ans only call her then.

I sincerely want to thank you for being available for me during this critical time. I was in need of my injection and you were available for me. She helped me cure a condition that I had for a very long time. Many specialist could not figure it out and she did. It took 2 visits and I am cured. Thank you soooooo much Dr. Tassone. You really cared to help me fix this.

Amazing Doctor she really cares for her patients. She is very Knowledgeable.
