I’m sharing this experience in hopes of encouraging better patient care. Over multiple visits, ongoing pain and other symptoms were repeatedly brought up, but no thorough testing or physical exams were done. Important issues were unfortunately overlooked, and a late-stage cancer diagnosis was made much later by another doctor. Devastatingly, the patient passed away within two years. Since then, I've learned that others have expressed similar concerns about this doctor's approach, which makes this experience even more concerning. Patients deserve to be listened to and properly investigated when symptoms persist. I hope this feedback helps improve attentiveness and follow-up in the future.

Totally disinterested in hearing details, rushed appointment, Felt like I was somehow wasting her time. Worst doctor I've ever encountered.

Rude. Terrible bedside manner. 

 She was professional but rushed me out and told me I have a cold rinse with salt water. Didn't want to hear that I've been sick about 30 tines this year and I think something is wrong. I found he very rude. She didn't like that I shed about fippa and asking patients why they are there in a full lobby. She called me a 1st amendment something. We have a charter of rights and freedoms. Not a constitution and yes I take my right to privacy seriously. Bad doctor

dr. knight,...a caring compassionate family dr. in white armour like a white knight. very understanding and patient with her patients,:) always a smile to brighten every ones day, long hours she works ,..the make your day. many tnx to her staff as well,...:)

Terrible bedside manners, incredible inconsiderate and extremely rude. 

I am writing a review that follows my brothers death. My brother was not well, he was in liver and kidney failure and he did blood work and went in and seen the doctor to review his results. She sent him home to drink black coffee, 6 hours later he died due to liver failure. She did not stand by her oath to take care of her patients. He should have been sent straight to the hospital even if it didn't change the outcome so he would have been comfortable. I will no longer be a patient of hers because I can't trust her to take care of me. & prior to my brother I've had questionable experiences with her, she gave me my ultrasound results and told me to google it. 

I agree with review below.  Walk ins off the street get seen before booked appointments which isn't fair - as if people get to walk in off the street - in what world does this happen - this is not a walk in clinic - it is a family doctor's office. This dr rushes, misses things, has too many patients and can't possibly see them all. The staff, although wonderful, is overworked. Hard to get through by phone because there is not enough staff to take care of all the office duties and patients.  Dr will wait for staff to do her job (like blood pressures - why is the secretary doing blood pressures - she's not a nurse and just another task stopping them from answering the phone!) Doctor will leave before booked appointments arrive at the end of the day if the appointment beforehand doesn't show - had that happen to me and it was explained to me.  she will not wait for you. Staff is left to constantly apologize on her behalf for all these things. Sees a lot of people in a day, but prefers quantity over quality care.

Dr. Knight has been amazing for our family. She is kind caring and doesn't hesitate to referr to a specialist when needed . She stays right on top of my Diabetes and thyroid issues. She is very easy to speak to and she takes to you not at you. Only issue is it takes a while to get an appointment but it is like that everywhere our doctors are in short supply. The good ones like Dr. Knight are in even shorter supply.

She is always gone either on holidays or out of office, very hard to see her , I go more to a clinic than see my own doctor, that’s not good we need more doctors unfortunately we get what we can 

Doctor and her staff are wonderful!  But do wish doctor would stop letting patients off the street walk in ahead of booked appointments.  She seems to have too many patients and tries to cram too many in every day,  but I guess all doctors just keep taking on too many patients because that's how they can make more money.
