Jamais vu cette homme , jamais parler et il est devenu mon medecin pour mes test pcr lorsque jai fait affaire avec d'autre professionnel de la santé

Somehow this Dr is the "ordering physician" on a pcr test upon entering canada.
Never met the man, he is located in Quebec but my test was performed in Toronto pearson airport.

terrible doctor. He was showing up as prescribing me tests. I have never met this doctor nor would I ever consent to a doctor prescribing me tests. He is prescribing in Alberta, although he does not hold a practice permit in Alberta.
