Dimanche le 10avril, je suis allée renouveler mes prescriptions.

Le pharmacien, prénommé Stéphane était de service.
Je n’ai pas apprécié d’être obligée de retourner 4 fois avant de me faire servir, et surtout de me faire presque engueuler par le pharmacien.
Heureusement, un autre pharmacien m’a téléphoné le mardi pour me rassurer, et me dire qu’il suivrait mon dossier de près.
Dimanche, il me manquait un médicament, et ma nouvelle prescription dans le panier avec mes autres médicaments.
C’est la première fois qu’un pharmacien me traite de la sorte.
Un peu de politesse ferait la différence. Merci.
