I had 2 appointments at this clinic, with 2 doctors, dr. Bazzo and dr. J. Vezina. They were both very helpful and gave me the right support for my condition. I was able to get a diagnosis and referrals for treatment. Also, the doctors can send prescription directly to my pharmacy, and submit paperwork online on the clinic portail. I am grateful.
I took a appointment thru bonjour santé, I was scheduled for noon on labor day. Got there ten minutes ahead, the triage nurse saw me, right away the Dr met me and I was out by 12h11. Very nice Dr, she understood my pain and wasn't condescending. I live with a few auto immune chronic diseases and sometimes it can be more humiliation then treatment. So anyways, great place. I saw reviews that the staff isn't nice.. Try to smile at them and be polite. You'll have what you deserve..
