Clear Medical Imaging - Windsor - Ouellette Ave

This is supposed to be a professional medical facility. I went in for an ultrasound at the Ouellette location, and was appalled at the behaviour of the staff. There were five women behind the reception area behaving like 13-year-old girls, yelling, socialising loudly, laughing, squealing. One of them was LITERALLY jumping up and down, clapping her hands, shrieking and giggling. This went on for not just a moment, but they were at it the entire time I was there waiting, nearly 20 minutes, and they were still at it when I left. People are here for SERIOUS medical evaluations, potentially life-threatening, and the front-line staff are carrying on like they're at a nightclub, not a professional environment. Do you really think patients want to have to sit and listen to that racket while they're waiting for serious medical tests? There is absolutely ZERO professionalism in the front-line staff. Perhaps the owners should consider cost-cutting by reducing the staff size. Clearly there are too many people on staff there who have nothing better to do with their time than treat a medical office like a frat party.
