Not all units but some Of the units are rude and disorganized. There is a nurse 4m Catherine. She js rude and condescending. In addition she Is doesnt listen and is not knowledgable. Shss abrupt and moody. She def needs to be spoken too. Be ware if anything doesnt seem right, please dont wait contact patient relations at st joes. They were quick To get investigate.
