DO NOT COME HERE! ITS AN AWFUL PLACE WITH HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF STARTING FROM RECEPTIONISTS WITH AN ATTITUTE FOLLOWING DOCTORS AND THE OFFICE MANAGER All I wanted last 2 days was a referral to a good Endocrinologist. I had a phone appointment with Ravinder Lall. (proclaimed Practitioner) who refused to give me a referral for NO REASON. My gynecologist asked me to get it from my family doctor and I have a hormonal disbalance where my chin gets hair growth and pimples in that area. When I asked for a reason why I can't get the referral there was no answer and he said you can get a report from your gynecologist and ill take a look and decide. I was like I dont need a report you do, he said but you need a referral, right!? CAN YOU PEOPLE IMAGINE!!!!!?????? THIS IS THE ANSWER I GET FROM A DOCTOR EH?! Also, I asked this "DOCTOR" who do you report to? He said: "I DO NOT REPORT TO ANYONE"....imagine????? so who pays him salary? A ghost? He doesnt report to anyone eh!? VERY INTERESTING. I wonder how would I feel about this comment from an employee of my business if I was the owner of that clinic. Really you dont report to anyone? Who do you think you are my dear!!!!!!???? First of all you report to Ministry of Health who gave you the chance to practice health services and the LICENSE THAT YOU HAVE CAN BE EASILY TAKEN AWAY BY MISCONDUCT! He gave lots of attitude, he was extremely rude, he was taking log pauses (sounds like a mental problem) etc. HOW CAN SOMEONE HELP OTHERS???? DONT THEY WORK TO HELP PPL? I called many times to complain and speak with an office manager and left many voicemails stating that I need a referral and this is what happened with RAVIDNDER LALL. NOONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. IT'S BEEN 2 DAYS NOW AND THEIR OFFICE MANAGER DID NOT FIND 2 MINUTES OF TIME TO DISCUSS THIS AND HELP ME! I will be taking this to the Ministry of Health and leaving my reviews everywhere possible to make sure NO PERSON WILL EXPERIENCE WHAT I DID. If you are looking for a new family Doctor DO NOT CONSIDER AND SIGN UP WITH THIS PLACE. ITS NOT A MEDICAL CENTER OR A CLINIC IT'S A JOKE. Unprofessional pit with unprofessional beings who call themselves Healthcare Providers!

Royal York Med Clinic is horrrriible. I had to being my mother who literally had to crawl there with two cans and three people holding as she made her may in. She is chronically ill and has becom disabled. I arrived 5:30 and rhe clinic closes at 6. The reciept was so rude big build, blonde, younger and just moogy. She was wearing ber hair sown striaght to her shoulders. She was working 5:30 march 29 and i wish i got her name because they way she treated me, walked away and completly wouldnt hear me out. Our family doctor from lakesbore told hs to go since theh were closed. My mother needed to urgently obtain med help. It wasnt your regualr walkin. The issue is how she handled the issue. She rambled sometbinf turbes around and ignored me. I tried to make her see please if u cod ask a doctor.. look on hr file the fam doctor made notes for them. Nothing. Even the phamacist was taken back. There was 2 people in front... Anyways she eas rude and if tbag continues it can bring the clinic down. I hope that shes spoken too. Assp and resolved!!! She threw a women out that couldnt make it any further due to hee condition... she didnt even stop to think or listen. No discretion, diplomavy ir respect
