They only care about billing!! You are just a number, find another doctor even if you have to fly to another country! 

Dr ukeme,I have never had a more hands off doctor who seemed to dismiss my symptoms and couldn’t be bothered to take my blood pressure after he noted it was high after being in the ER a few days prior. So disappointed 

Dr Lin refused me and kicked me out after me asking that i need blood work for my prescription and to check if its correct so I can get it.  He was beyond rude and arrogant called me a liar said i never had been prescribed it before yet i have 5 years of proof. Told me he is  " NOT A REFILL MACHINE"   complete waist of a time hes a lame ass doctor who refuses to actually listen to a patients medical needs. The rest of the staff was very helpful and nice they assisted me in regrouping, calming me down and rebooking me with another Doctor. 

Had an appointment scheduled, arrived early, they did not have the supplies to perform what I was there for, did not advise me until I had waited one hour. Do not answer their phones, poor bedside manner, and absolutely the worst medical office I have ever visited.

I visited an ear, nose and throat specialist over 2 months ago.  I was told I would be referred to Glenrose hospital.  After 2 months I called and was told someone would looks into it.  No return call yet.  I don’t even know if I should expect referral or not.  Wish they would just let me know what’s happening.  Poor customer service.

Awful they DO NOT LISTEN !!!!! Two mins in and out and throw meds at you that are not needed !
