Impressive staff and admin. My doctor recently moved her and she loves the environment. The location is fantastic, right across from superhospital with underground connection tunnel. 

I see my 2 specialist doctors here. I am extremely happy with the service, friendly smiles, and immediate attention given to me. Unlike other clinics, they actually answer phones and give timely appointments. The doctors are amazing. I like the new waiting area too….definitely try to come here!

Again excellent service and follow up.  We called the reception area, spoke to Pat and requested information.  She was quick and very courteous to respond to our request.  We greatly appreciate their caring and professionalism.

Felt compelled to write a review after reading all the negative ones. It was only my first visit but I was treated very well. All staff members were courteous, helpful and respectful. Will write follow up review in a month at next appointment.

Le personnel à la réception (homne) a été d'une très grande arrongance sarcastique et d'une extrême impolitesse. Il m'a parlé avec un air hautain tout en m'abaissant et sans répondre adéquatement à ma demande

Le personnel à la réception est bête. Il est aussi difficile de les contacter. Report constant des rendez-vous et difficulté à renouveler des prescriptions nécessaires et importantes.

Over several months I have consistently experienced and seen the reception staff be rude, willfully unhelpful and dismissive. They fare as poorly via phone. They appear ill trained, ill informed and chronically irritated at having to do their job. My doctor is amazing. If only it was possible to avoid any interaction with the reception staff.

This place has the worst reception in the world. I have an undiagnosed allergy to coriander. At my first appointment they failed to inform me that I had to bring my own coriander to be tested. They did the normal battery of tests but came up inconclusive. So, I made a new appointment. Arrived today with Coriander in hand and the doctor had left. The receptionist said they had called me. Absolutely no missed calls on my phone and no messages. Despite me showing her my phone with no missed calls she kept insisting that they had left me a message. This is the most disorganized and disrespectful clinic I have ever had the misfortune to visit.
