Très mauvais service avec les secrétaires médicales. J'ai eu des problèmes avec la RAMQ. Ne m'ont pas donné mon papier qui a été faxer, m'appellent à peine 1h avant mon rdv pour me dire que je ne suis pas assurée. À un autre moment, j'explique que je n'ai pas encore reçu ma carte d'assurance maladie, me dise que c'est pas grave, me présente: ne peut pas voir le médecin. S'il n'y avait pas une pénurie de médecin je changerais de clinique.
