We had a very good experience yesterday at 1851. I went in for what ended up being a bad case of acid reflux. The process to book an appointment through Bonjour Sante was quick and easy, and we got an appointment for the next day in the early afternoon. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, and we only waited about 20 minutes after our scheduled time to be seen by the doctor. A VERY friendly and thorough nurse interviewed us first, and the doctor came in about two minutes after she left. He did a thorough exam, and was very professional and engaged. All in all, we were in and out in about an hour. I would definitely use this clinic again.
