La secrétaire n'est pas du tout à sa place, aucune empathie, non respectueuse et n'écoute aucunement les demandes. Même les pharmaciens rencontrent des difficultés en appelant là. Nous sommes respectueux et faisons très peu de demandes. Le service doit absolument être amélioré. La carte d assurance maladie n'égal pas gratuité, on paie tous collectivement. Nous souhaitons que son directeur lise ceci.
