J’avais pris un rdv pour un renouvellement d’ordonnance. Le retard a été d’une heure. L’infirmier n’a même pas pris mes signes vitaux. La médecin a renouvellé l’ordonnance sans m’ausculter, me regarder ou me poser des questions .
